Standard Shipping and Processing
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Once the item has shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided in the order with tracking information. Currently we do not ship outside the continental United States.
Sales Tax
Any order placed online and shipped within New York state, will require New York State Sales Tax.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you are always happy with your purchase, but returns and exchanges of undamaged items will be accepted within 45 days of purchase. Just contact us via phone or email for instructions.
